Experience : Fresher / Min 2 + experience in Marketing/Sales.
Qualification : Graduate, MBA (Marketing)/Pursuing or Completed/Experienced
Required Skills : Good Communication in Marathi, English & Hindi
Job Description :
- Responsible for developing executing the business development plan/Sales Plan.
- Act as a key member of sales & marketing team.
- Generation of new business leads / clients and retention of the existing clients.
- Responsible to convert conversations into the appointments with potential clients.
- Making outbound calls and lead generation.
- Achievement of sales targets through effective business development.
- Strong planning ability & customer orientation.
- Develop strategies & implementation strategies, Market Research to maximize services depth revenue opportunities.
- Should be a go-getter and willing to travel within the Pune & PCMC area
- Create customer-focused programs to achieve desired sales results.
- Develop the monthly, quarterly & annual business development plan that reflects the right balance.
- Conduct face to face calls with customers as well as prospects provides effective presentations/written proposals to prospective customers.
- Responsible for selling services/products line by thoroughly assessing the customers’ needs presenting appropriate solutions.
- Minute and circulate all discussions / briefs/ information, post client meetings and telephonic or email interactions with the client.
- Monitor, coordinate and guide team members/colleagues/sub-ordinates and ensure proper team work.
