Location : Pune

Experience : 1-2 years of experience with similar work.
Qualification : Any Graduate

Required Skills : Good Communication in Marathi, English & Hindi

Job Description :

• Undertaking Online Research to Identify potential customers in different cities & collate data base .
• Cold Calling to Gyms ,Real estate , Corporates , Hospitality in different cities to introduce them about Into Wellness.
• Handle inbound calls from Customers ,Dealers & Channel Partners & resolve their queries related to Price , Specification, Availability etc
• Screen enquiries through India mart ,Website & other platforms to filter the relevant leads .
• Send Marketing related Collaterals through emails & Whatsapp .
• Prepare Sales Order , Proforma Invoice ,Sales Invoice ,Delivery Challan etc whenever required .

Profile

a) Experience in telemarketing or a call center would be an advantage.

b) Capable to Multitask and handle multiple enquiries.

c) Should be used to working in a fast-paced environment.

d) Should be Good at communication

e) Should have a convincing ability & should be comfortable to talk to the senior people from the Industry.

f) Should be comfortable to handle barriers over phone.
