• Advice present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis
• Influence customers to buy or retain product or service by following company product or service information
• Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
• Maintains the database, maintains quality services by following organization standards.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi
