Qualification : Any Graduate

Required Skills –

• 3+ years of experience with at least one component based frameworks such as salesforce lightning framework, angular 2+, Vue or react like JavaScript framework.
• Knowledge of vulnerabilities like CSRF, XSS and how to avoid those would be an added advantage.
• Strong logical and analytical skills
• Experience with Designing solutions
• Team player, Approachable and Self driven
• Respect timelines and flexible with working hours

Responsibilities
Solutioning –

• Work with architects and other developers to translate business requirements into solution designs that best achieve the target capabilities and leverage the platform effectively.
• Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated to implement capabilities based on business requirements and solution design.
• Supply expertise in component based development including common design patterns to achieve composability, reusability, maintainability, performance and component security.
• Work with Architect team to produce required Architecture artifacts.

Sprint Execution

• Design, develop, test, document and package application
• Write clean, robust and readable code that scales well and performs well within time
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully

Good to have

• Product development background
• Previous experience reviewing code

Competencies

• Lightning framework or any modern JS framework like Angular, Vue or React.
